ICFTN Speaker Interest Form

Thank you for your Interest in presenting with the International Coaching Federation Tennessee Chapter (ICFTN). We welcome proposals from coaches and industry professionals who are passionate about advancing the coaching profession through high‑quality, engaging, and ethical learning experiences.

Please note: Submission of this interest form does not guarantee selection. All proposals are reviewed for alignment with ICFTN programming priorities, member needs, and strategic focus areas.

If there is alignment, a member of the ICFTN Events Team will follow up with next steps.

Presenter Terms & Expectations

Presenting with the ICF Tennessee Chapter supports the advancement of professional coaching and contributes to the continued development of our members. Sessions must be educational in nature, aligned with ICF standards, and free from sales or promotional activity during the presentation.

ICF Tennessee is a volunteer-led chapter. Presenters serve in a volunteer capacity, and the chapter does not provide honorariums, speaker fees, per diems, or reimbursement of expenses.

By agreeing to present, speakers acknowledge responsibility for their participation and release ICF Tennessee, its officers, and members from liability related to the session.

Presenters grant ICF Tennessee permission to photograph, audio record, or video record the presentation and to use such materials for promotional, educational, or informational purposes consistent with chapter and ICF policies.

We value the expertise and professionalism our presenters bring and appreciate their contribution to a strong and engaged coaching community.
