ABOUT THE MICRO-LEARNING SESSION

During every session, the coach needs to work with the client to understand what the client wants to achieve before jumping into the session. Exploring the client’s concerns allows a coach to determine whether the concerns might be symptoms of another problem. A professional coach is aware of the importance of exploring not only what the client brings to the session, but what’s underneath their motivations.

During this program Dian Christian will discuss the importance of creating the session coaching agreement, questions to ask to establish the agreement, and how to measure session accomplishments.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Dian is the owner of Dian Christian Consulting LLC, a coaching and consulting firm focused on coaching business leaders to success. She also is part of the faculty at Fielding Graduate University’s Evidence Based Coaching Program.

Dian has a doctorate from Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, California, a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development from Case Western Reserve University and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Kent State University. Dian is an International Coach Federation designated Professional Certified Coach (PCC), an Evidenced Based Certified Coach and a Gallup certified Strengths Performance Coach. In addition, Dian is certified in the Myers- Briggs Type Indicator, Emotional and Social Intelligence and DiSC.

STEP 1- Register Below. This registers you through this site so that we know you plan to attend. Registration closes on this site at 7:00pm on Thursday, June 11. Once registration closes on this site, it triggers Step 2.

STEP 2 - After registration closes, those who have signed up to attend will receive a follow up email from ICFTN (it should be in your inbox on the morning of Friday, June 12) with a link to register on Zoom. You must CLICK THE LINK in the email and register again through Zoom. Zoom will immediately send you an email that includes the information to join the Webinar, which begins at 12:00pm CST on 6/12/20.
