ABOUT THE LUNCHEON

“Wellness Matters” will be a panel discussion with four coaches and a coach moderator who will speak about how coaches can take good care of their own health while also being able to address the health concerns of their clients. In addition, the panel will discuss future credentialing for wellness professionals.

What better time of year than January to address your own wellness and the wellbeing of your clients!

In this program, attendees will learn:

  • How to take great care of yourself and know when to make a client referral if needed.

  • Relevant general wellness topics and what your clients need and how credentialing may affect your business.

  • Key steps to help you address your own wellness needs and handle the wellness needs of your clients.

  • How to make a shift in your future physical health!

  • Top tips to illustrate up-to-date wellness concepts.

A Q&A will follow the demonstration for luncheon attendees to ask further wellness questions.
