In response to the updated ICF credentialing process, we're here to help you. Join us to learn about the new ICF Credential updates and the requirement for all three levels of the ICF Credentials (ACC, PCC, MCC). We want you to feel confident about renewing your credential, applying for your first credential, or applying for your next credential. We want to help you navigate the process with ease and less stress.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER: Angie Holleran

Angie is the Regional Development Manager for the NALAC team that is a part of the ICF Professional Coaches Family. She joined ICF in September 2010 where she was a member of the Credentialing team as a Credentialing Coordinator. She has extensive experience with the Credentialing process, including renewals and PCC markers. She rose within the department to be the Assessor Manager. In April 2021, Angie became the Regional Development Manager and supports the Northeast and Southeast Regions of North America.
