Mastery is effortless execution. A powerful question in coaching is the question that the client has not thought about. The power is in the reflection that it creates and the discovery that takes our clients to new heights.

Skilled effective coaches know that it is not only about the questions. Your intuition, listening, silence and a combination of different question techniques is what makes you a master with questions, and it is what will help your client to find the answers he or she is looking for. Developing your mastery to ask powerful questions is critical to generate results and more referrals.

About the Presenters

Maria Bruederlin and Guillermo Mendoza, co-founders of Impact Coaching Solutions, are international coaches and trainers for the International Coaching Community that originated in London. Their passion is coaching, neuroscience and emotional intelligence, helping create a better world one coach at a time. They are proud to be part of a growing global coaching community with both the ICC and the ICF.

Maria and Guillermo have trained and graduated three generations of coaches in Nashville through the ICC International Coaching Certification Program. They will be back in Nashville in September 2017 for a new class.
