Internal Coaching, although the fastest growing form of coaching across the globe, is under-researched and quite less spoken about. Hence, there are not too many opportunities to learn about it except from practitioners. By attending this session, you can gather the following about for Internal Coaching:

• Factors and pre-requisites that help build it

• Ethical dilemmas and concerns to be mindful of

• A couple of case studies to get you thinking and discuss 

ABOUT THE PRESENTER: Abhijit Bhattacharya

Abhijit brings his 15+ years of talent and leadership development experience into coaching. His focus is to help people when they are faced with making crucial career decisions - be it expanding skills, looking for a new role, navigating organizational change, managing work relationships, gaining more autonomy and control in roles  - that become defining moments in their career. Abhijit is accredited by the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and follow their coaching principles. He is also certified by Columbia University and deploy their coaching framework and methodologies. Additionally, he is licensed to run psychometric assessments, such as Hogan, SDI, and DiSC, which help people know more about themselves. Currently, he is an internal coach in the capacity of Director - Global Coaching at S&P Global.

Earn 1.25 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units at this event. 0.75 CCE unit will be Core Competency and 0.5 CCE unit will be Resource Development
