icftn Spaces to be (sig) special interest group: social change now - A Guide for reflection and connection
Please join us for Social Change Now: A Guide for Reflection and Connection. It will be our 1st Spaces to Be (SIG) Special Interest Group convening for 2024. Virtually hosted and led by DEIB Committee and Task Force members Ellen Collins Davis, Leigh Ann Roberts, with additional facilitation by members of the DEIB team, attendees will have the opportunity to deeply explore and discuss the amazing work centered around the ecosystem map as created by Deepa Iyer. Spaces to Be continues to provide a safe and welcoming space for professional coaches to connect, contribute, and expand their knowledge of DEIB-related topics.
Learning Objectives

Develop a deeper understanding of the importance of creating safe and inclusive coaching environments that promote Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB).

Engage in open and respectful conversations with colleagues about DEIB-related topics, including the challenges and opportunities that arise when working with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Explore the unique perspectives and experiences of other professional coaches regarding DEIB-related topics that are brought to the session by attendees (and may vary by session) while gaining valuable insights into how different coaching practices approach these issues.
