Hailing from Chattanooga, she is one of six siblings and an alumna of Girls Preparatory School. Following her Bachelor's degree from the University of Mississippi, she dedicated seven years to the Chattanooga Young Life Staff and an additional seven years to ministry work at two churches in Nashville. Throughout her professional journey, she has provided invaluable support to numerous parents in navigating the challenges of raising teenage daughters, while also walking with and helping over 1,000 teenagers and young adults as they face life's complexities. Currently, she is a Certified Professional Life Coach (C.P.C.) and an active member of the International Coaching Federation of Tennessee (ICFTN), where she remains committed to helping her clients bridge the gap between where they are today and where they would like to be. Beyond her professional endeavors, she enjoys exploring waterfalls, recreational running, and being an aunt to ten nieces and nephews.

DR. CHAD PREVOST

Chad Prevost (PhD, MA, MDiv) is a certified Enneagram coach, executive coach, and workshop leader. He co-founded Big Self School in 2020. He is the host and producer of The Humanist, a podcast that delves into the heart of what it means to lead a life true to yourself. He specializes in using the Enneagram and other important tools for taking big leaps out of burnout and stress.
