• Understand the significance of a well-crafted coaching contract and proposal in establishing clear expectations between the coach and client/stakeholders/sponsors.

• Learn the key components of an effective coaching contract and proposal.

• Explore strategies for tailoring contracts and proposals to suit the needs of different coaching engagements.

• Gain insights into how to align contracts and proposals with the updated ICF Core Competencies.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER: Brenda Baird, MCC

Brenda is a highly sought-after Executive Leadership and Mentor Coach who is an exceptionally accomplished businessperson, with strong financial acumen, a well-regarded expert in leadership and talent development, very experienced in leading high-growth and fast-paced organizations, and a mentor coach of professional coaches.

She earned multiple prestigious Coaching Credentials: Master Certified Coach (MCC) - the highest coaching distinction; held by only 4% of International Coach Federation (ICF) credentialed coaches worldwide, ICF-Accredited Certified Mentor Coach (CMC) - specific to coaching coaches, and the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching Certification (ranked #1 coach training school by Forbes). Given Brenda’s unique combination of an extensive leadership career and her leadership coaching experience, she knows how companies work and how to navigate organizational obstacles and political situations to realize goals and maximize success. 

Earn 1.25 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units at this event. 1.25 CCE units will be 0.75 Core Competency and 0.5 CCE unit will be Resource Development
