With over two decades of experience driving innovation in higher education, Dr. Lydia Rosencrants has consistently pioneered new pathways and built strategic partnerships that create lasting impact. Her career spans executive leadership roles through the C-suite level, where she's developed and launched numerous successful academic programs.

Today, she channels her expertise into helping others bring their dreams to life. As a dream incubator and coach, she creates the safe space leaders need to explore their boldest aspirations and transform them into reality. She's particularly passionate about supporting emerging leaders and those rebuilding after setbacks, drawing from her own experience navigating bold career transitions. Currently pursuing her Certificate in Executive Coaching at the University of Texas at Dallas (ICF Accredited), Lydia combines proven leadership experience with professional coaching expertise to help others discover and fulfill their more.
