The Coaching Roundtable is an in-person peer learning experience designed to bring coaches together for intentional connection through meaningful conversation and shared insight.

Rather than a traditional presentation, this gathering creates space for facilitated, purpose-driven dialogue around one timely coaching topic. Participants engage in small-group roundtable discussions, followed by a collective conversation where insights, perspectives, and practical takeaways are shared across the room.

This is not a training or a lecture — it’s an opportunity to connect with intention, reflect openly, and learn from one another through conversation.
