ABOUT THE ROUNDTABLE

What is Supervision?

Group Supervision for Individual Coaching.

Participants will:

  • Reflect on real coaching cases in a safe, supervised setting

  • Strengthen ethical decision-making and professional judgment

  • Deepen awareness of personal patterns, blind spots, and strengths

  • Integrate ICF Core Competencies more intentionally into practice

  • Build resilience and sustainability as a professional coach

Supervision Approach will integrate:

  • Reflective dialogue and inquiry

  • Case-based exploration

  • Systemic and relational perspectives

  • Attention to ethics, boundaries, and coach well-being

  • The approach is non-evaluative, developmental, and grounded in ICF-aligned supervision principles.

ABOUT THE PRESENTERS

With over 9500 hours and over 20 years of executive coaching across four continents, I’ve learned that true leadership transformation happens when leaders unlock their authentic potential and align purpose with action. This extensive experience has deepened my ability to guide my clients to breakthrough insights and lasting impact. Building on these understandings of coaching and leadership, I bring a unique blend of practical business acumen and coaching mastery. 

As an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) coach, mentor, and supervisor, I am passionate about advancing the profession and empowering coaches through supervision, mentoring and a Level 3, ICF Accredited program I co-created - Becoming a Masterful Coach. I am keen to give back and being in community by serving ICF in various global and local roles in the past 10 years.

Lisa Chenofsky Singer, MCC ACTC Mentor | EMCC ESIA EIA ITCA

With over two decades of leadership and coaching experience, Lisa partners with leaders, coaches, and organizations to drive meaningful insight, sustainable growth, and lasting impact. Her background in executive leadership and organizational transformation brings a practical, business-grounded lens to her coaching and supervision work.

Lisa is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Advanced Team Coach (ACTC), an EMCC ESIA Supervisor, EIA Senior Practitioner and ITCA. She works as a coach, mentor, and supervisor, supporting ethical, reflective, and masterful practice. Deeply committed to advancing the profession, Her work centers on coaching, supervision and mentoring. Lisa challenges coaches to move beyond competence toward clarity, confidence, and mastery—individually and systemically.

Lisa volunteers with ICF Global and previously served on the ICF NJ Board as Membership Director. She is committed to the coaching profession and offers Mentoring and Supervision.
