ABOUT THE CHAPTER CHECK-IN

As we reach the midpoint of the year, we invite you to join fellow chapter members for a meaningful conversation about your coaching journey, your experience as a member, and the future of our chapter. This interactive session is an opportunity to pause, reflect on what's been most valuable so far, connect with peers, and share ideas that can help shape the second half of the year.

Through guided reflection and small-group discussions, we'll explore what's working well, identify emerging needs within our coaching community, and gather feedback to inform future chapter programs, events, and member experiences. Whether you've attended every event or are just getting involved, your voice matters and your perspective can help strengthen our community.

By the end of this session, participants will:

• Reflect on their growth, experiences, and needs as coaches during the first half of the year.

• Connect and engage in meaningful conversations with fellow chapter members.

• Share feedback on chapter programs, events, and member experiences.

• Identify opportunities for the chapter to Start, Stop, and Continue in support of members.

• Contribute ideas and insights that will help shape chapter offerings and priorities for the remainder of the year. 

• Leave with at least one new insight, connection, or action to support their coaching journey
